LeT Chief nabbed in Pakistan

The global pressure seems to be paying off. The Lashkar-e-Taiba chief has been arrested in PoK on Sunday. Zakiur Rehman Lakhvi alias chachu was named as the key planner of the Mumbai Attack by Ajmal Aamir Kasav (The lone captured terrorist). He and 14 others have been detained 5 Km from Muzaffarabad in PoK.

Lakhvi is believed to have personally sent off the fidayeens to Mumbai from Azizabad in Karachi. Mumbai attacks were one of the most greuesome terror strikes in the recent past.

All in all, this seems to be one tentative step by Pakistan in the direction to prove to the world that it is not on the wrong side in the fight against terror.
